At IntegrityHotline, we believe privacy isn’t just a feature — it’s a fundamental right. Our platform is engineered to empower individuals to speak up safely, securely, and completely anonymously. This Privacy Policy outlines how we protect your data and ensure your identity can never be traced.
Our Privacy-First Philosophy
IntegrityHotline is a secure reporting platform designed for whistleblowing, ethical disclosures, and anonymous feedback. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy — not just through policy, but through architecture.
We collect no personal data by default. We do not log IP addresses, device identifiers, or metadata that could be used to reveal your identity.
No IP Tracking. No Metadata Logging.
When you access our platform, we do not capture or store your IP address. We intentionally avoid browser fingerprinting, device identification, or geolocation tracking.
Our system is built to not know who you are — unless you choose to tell us.
Encrypted by Design
Every report submitted through IntegrityHotline is:
End-to-end encrypted before it leaves your device
Cyphered using strong encryption protocols, ensuring that even we cannot read the contents without the proper decryption keys (which only the intended recipient has)
This ensures that even if someone attempted to intercept or audit our systems, the content remains unreadable and untraceable.
What We Collect — and Don’t
Use of Information
We use submitted information only to deliver secure messages to the intended recipient organization. If you provide contact details (optional), they are used solely for follow-up and are kept confidential.
We never use any data for advertising, marketing, or profiling.
Anonymous Communication
Users can engage in two-way communication with the recipient organization using anonymous mailboxes. These mailboxes are protected with secure access links and cannot be traced back to you unless you reveal your identity.
No Third-Party Surveillance
We do not use third-party trackers, analytics platforms, or advertising cookies. No external service has access to the contents of reports or the metadata surrounding them.
Data Retention
Reports are stored in encrypted form and retained only for as long as required by the recipient organization for processing and compliance. You may request deletion if you’ve shared your contact info and wish to withdraw it.
Your Rights
Where applicable by law (e.g. GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA), you may:
Request access or deletion of data you’ve submitted with identifying information
Withdraw consent for communication (if provided)
File a complaint with a privacy regulator
